Meet the Founder

My name is Kwame, and I built NTAMPIHENE the same way I've built everything in my life — through service, discipline, and faith.

Before I was an entrepreneur, I spent over 15 years in municipal law enforcement, serving my community day in and day out. That career taught me lessons no classroom could: how to hold a standard when no one is watching, how to stay disciplined under pressure, and how much a strong community depends on people willing to take responsibility.

But somewhere along the way, I realized that protecting a community isn't only about enforcing rules — it's about equipping people. And one of the areas where our people need equipping most is money. I watched too many hardworking families live paycheque to paycheque, not because they lacked effort, but because no one ever taught them the principles of stewardship.

So I went to work. I studied, I built, and I brought together everything I am — my faith, my Ghanaian heritage, and my heart for community — into The Royal Circle. The name NTAMPIHENE carries the weight of that heritage: in our culture, a chief doesn't rule for himself. He carries responsibility for his people. That's the kind of wealth we teach — wealth that serves.

Today, I'm a husband, a father, a builder of businesses, and above all, a steward. This brand is my assignment, and if you're reading this, I believe it's part of yours too.

Our Story

NTAMPIHENE was born at the intersection of faith and finance, carrying the spirit of Ghanaian heritage — a culture where royalty is not about status, but about responsibility. To wear the name is to carry a standard: lead your household well, handle your resources with honour, and build for generations you may never meet.

What started as a mission to teach practical money skills — getting out of debt, building credit, budgeting with intention, creating multiple streams of income — has grown into a movement of believers who refuse to separate their faith from their finances.
