My name is Kwame Manu, Founder of NHU.

Before building this institution, I spent more than 15 years working within the Canadian government in regulatory communications and enforcement environments. My career was defined by interpreting legislation, managing high-stakes stakeholders, and ensuring compliance in regulated systems.

I spent years on the enforcement side of the table.

I also witnessed a consistent pattern: talented entrepreneurs failing — not because of poor ideas — but because they were never taught how to operate within the rules governing their industry.
