Founder

NHU was founded by Kwame Manu, a former Canadian government regulatory officer with over 15 years of experience in regulatory enforcement, compliance evaluation, policy interpretation, and regulatory communications.

His time inside enforcement environments shaped NHU’s philosophy:

Systems function best when people understand them.
Authority is not the enemy — ignorance is.
