We Exist Because the Conversation Was Never Meant to Include Us.
Nobody sat Ntampi Hene down and explained how money actually works. No conversation about credit scores, compound interest, or what it takes to build real wealth. That conversation — the one that changes everything — happened in other households. In other postcodes. Behind closed doors that most of us were never invited through.
Not because the information didn't exist. Because it wasn't meant for us.
The Origin
The Royal Circle was built in Ontario, Canada — not in a boardroom, not with investor money, and not by someone who had it figured out from the start.
It was built by someone who watched hardworking people stay stuck. Who felt the weight of not knowing what to do with money beyond surviving the month. Who got tired of financial literacy being a privilege instead of a right.
TRC started as a question: what would it look like if the tools that actually build wealth were accessible to everyone — not just the people who already had access?
The answer is what you're looking at now.
What We Build
The Royal Circle is an ecosystem — not a course, not a guru, not a brand that sells aspiration without substance.
We build three things:
1. Financial Independence Tools
Practical, no-fluff resources that give you clarity on your money: where it's going, what you owe, what you own, and how to start building from wherever you are. Budgets. Debt systems. Investment frameworks. AI toolkits. All built specifically for people who are starting without a safety net.
2. A Real Community
The Royal Circle on Skool is a free space for builders — people sharing real progress, asking real questions, and holding each other accountable to the work. No highlight reels. No flexing. Just the actual work of building financial independence, together.
3. Cultural Legacy
TRC exists at the intersection of financial education and cultural identity. The people we build for — lower-income households, first-generation wealth builders, communities that were systematically excluded from wealth — deserve tools that speak their language and respect their intelligence. We're building that archive. We're building that legacy.

The Founder
Ntampi Hene is a builder, entrepreneur, and community architect based in Ontario, Canada. He is the founder of The Royal Circle and streams live weekly on Twitch at twitch.tv/ntampihene — building businesses, breaking down financial strategy, and showing the work in real time.
He also leads Exit Grid Group, a done-for-you AI automation and digital growth agency helping service businesses scale their systems.
The Royal Circle is his most personal project — and the one he believes matters most.
