Your four weeks

1. Week 1 — Audit and roadmap. We map where leads and time are leaking and decide exactly what to build first.
2. Week 2 — Replies and follow-up. Your AI assistant and follow-up sequences go in.
3. Week 3 — Booking and payments. Clients can book and pay without a back-and-forth.
4. Week 4 — Test, launch, hand-off. We run it end to end, fix what breaks, and make sure you can run it yourself.

How to start

1. Fit call (free, 20 minutes). You tell me what you're building and where it's stuck. No pitch. If this isn't your right next step, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
2. Reserve your build. If it's a fit, you lock in your four weeks here for a one-time $420 CAD. This is a live service; nothing ships or downloads.
3. We build. Kickoff within the week, then four weeks of building together.

Do I need to be technical? No. If you can use email and a phone, you can run what we build. That's the point of doing it with you.
